New FBI Director Kash Patel sent a message to the entire Bureau on Wednesday. It was both an introduction and a declaration of the new direction of the Federal Bureau of Investigations.
As he noted, the mission should always have been to stop violent crimes and capture criminals as well as terrorists. Unfortunately, his predecessor saw the role of the FBI differently.
