Harris, her team, and national Democrats finally know it. But does their knowledge come too late? And can they fix it?

With his disastrous debate performance in June, Joe Biden showed the nation that he was old, floundering, and not up to the job. Polls confirmed it. National Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama, along with Team Harris, sprang into action.

Something had to be done. The “Democratic Politburo” decided – on behalf of 75 million Democratic voters – what the party’s best option was. Out with “Uncle Joe,” and in with the new and improved product: Kamala Harris.

What Harris and national Democrats didn’t realize was that, while this may have been a necessary national strategy, it was a horrible Pennsylvania strategy. In 2024, if you want to win the presidency, you need Pennsylvania – especially if you’re a Democrat. […]

Triggered: Kamala’s Running Mate Tim Walz Fires off Psychotic Social Media Response to Trump’s McDonald’s Work https://right.report/triggered-kamalas-running-mate-tim-walz-fires-off-psychotic-social-media-response-to-trumps-mcdonalds-work/ https://right.report/triggered-kamalas-running-mate-tim-walz-fires-off-psychotic-social-media-response-to-trumps-mcdonalds-work/#respond Mon, 21 Oct 2024 19:02:44 +0000 https://right.report/triggered-kamalas-running-mate-tim-walz-fires-off-psychotic-social-media-response-to-trumps-mcdonalds-work/ Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) issued a seemingly triggered response to former President Donald Trump working at a Philadelphia McDonald’s on Sunday.

Walz, the vice presidential running mate of Vice President Kamala Harris, responded to a video of Trump wearing an apron at McDonald’s and learning how to make french fries. In his post on X, Walz referenced Harris’s unproven claim that she had previously worked at a McDonald’s.

“This guy spent decades stiffing workers pay, cut overtime benefits for millions of people, and opposed any effort to raise the minimum wage,” Walz wrote in his post.

“You know who has actually worked at McDonald’s, joined workers on picket lines, and fights for working people?” Walz added, “@KamalaHarris.”

Walz’s social media post criticizing Trump’s visit to McDonald’s where he learned to make french fries, served customers their orders, and spoke with several customers in the drive-through. […]

Top Five Threats to Election Integrity Ahead of the Presidential Election https://right.report/top-five-threats-to-election-integrity-ahead-of-the-presidential-election/ https://right.report/top-five-threats-to-election-integrity-ahead-of-the-presidential-election/#respond Mon, 21 Oct 2024 11:00:14 +0000 https://right.report/top-five-threats-to-election-integrity-ahead-of-the-presidential-election/ While there are dozens of ongoing election integrity issues, a newly released report from a watchdog group lists the top 50 election threats that the U.S. is facing with less than three weeks until the presidential election.

Election integrity has has a spotlight shined on it since the contentious aftermath of the 2020 presidential election and although some states have made improvements, many issues still remain. In a report released by the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) on Wednesday, it details the top 50 election threats and breaks them down into five categories:

“‘Dark money’ such as ‘Zuckerbucks’ that is used for public election administration; Lawfare operations that use taxpayer resources to weaponize the justice system against challengers to incumbents; ‘Get Out the Vote’ operations that use nonprofit status to target voters from a preferred political party; Vote Fraud by people who double-vote, fraudulently vote someone else’s ballot, or vote without being eligible to vote; and Election Fraud that seeks to fix elections by illegal activities that take place during the counting or collection of ballots.”

Below are threats included in each of the above categories:

1. Federal Dark Money and Biden’s Order 14019

The “dark money” category includes President Biden’s March 2021 Executive Order 14019, often referred to by critics as “Bidenbucks.” The term alludes to “Zuckerbucks,” the approximately $400 million coming from Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and widely alleged to have been funneled through left-leaning nonprofits to turn out the Democratic vote in the 2020 presidential election. PA Gov. Shapiro Refuses to ‘Name One Policy Difference’ Between Harris, Biden https://right.report/pa-gov-shapiro-refuses-to-name-one-policy-difference-between-harris-biden/ https://right.report/pa-gov-shapiro-refuses-to-name-one-policy-difference-between-harris-biden/#respond Mon, 21 Oct 2024 06:03:47 +0000 https://right.report/pa-gov-shapiro-refuses-to-name-one-policy-difference-between-harris-biden/ Governor Josh Shapiro (D-PA) said Sunday on NBC’s “Meet the Press” three times that the difference between Democratic presidential candidate Vice President Kamala Harris and President Joe Biden was irrelevant.

Host Kristen Welker said, “Governor, given how unpopular polls show President Biden is, has Vice President Harris done enough to distance herself from President Biden?”

Shapiro said, “You know, Kristen, I think what is clear, this is a race not between Kamala Harris and Joe Biden, but between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump, and on that there are clear concepts. Kamala Harris wants to cut taxes for small businesses, and Donald Trump and his economic policies would raise costs for middle-class families. I think Kamala Harris has a strong and confident approach to foreign policy to try and calm tensions overseas. Donald Trump just wants to throw a grenade in everything and create more chaos.”

Welker said, “I understand what you’re saying, governor, but polls do show that more Americans feel as though President Biden’s policies have hurt them rather than helped them. So, can you name one key policy difference between Vice President Harris and President Biden? How would her administration look different?”

Shapiro said, “You know, I’ve been really encouraged by the amount of energy Vice President Harris has put into focusing on how she will cut taxes for small businesses. The focus on child care care ed extension. I’ve seen that work to ease the burden on families, and I think the focus on those kinds of things is particularly important, and those are the kinds of things that Kamala Harris has brought spikily to this race.” […]

These Four Democrats Secretly Don’t Want Kamala to Win https://right.report/these-four-democrats-secretly-dont-want-kamala-to-win/ https://right.report/these-four-democrats-secretly-dont-want-kamala-to-win/#respond Mon, 21 Oct 2024 00:53:58 +0000 https://right.report/these-four-democrats-secretly-dont-want-kamala-to-win/ Democrats have always been good at presenting a united front when it matters most. The party can even count on those representing deep-red states to back a far-left agenda if the party demands it. In the 2024 election, the party seems to be rallying behind Kamala Harris, but don’t be fooled — there are plenty of high-profile Democrats who would quietly prefer to see her fall short. Here’s a look at four key figures in the Democratic Party who, for various reasons, are privately rooting for Kamala to lose next month.

Gavin Newsom

As we’ve reported plenty of times here at PJ Media, Gov. Gavin Newsom (D-Calif.) has been on a subtle yet unmistakable shadow campaign. Despite endorsing Harris publicly, Newsom is preparing for his future political career. Last year, he started laying the groundwork for a presidential campaign under the guise of creating a national organization to oppose Republicans in other states. Could he have been more obvious?

The problem with a Kamala victory in November is that Newsom is term-limited out of his governorships after 2026, which means that his plan to seek the presidency will have to wait until 2032 with no Senate seat ripe for the taking before then.

Hillary Clinton

Hillary Clinton may hate Donald Trump, whom she still thinks “stole” the 2016 election from her, but does that really mean she wants Trump to lose to Kamala in November? I don’t think so.

Becoming the first woman president was Clinton’s lifelong ambition, and she even tolerated her marriage to Bill Clinton to make it happen. It’s hard to imagine that she’s thrilled at the prospect of Harris claiming that title. Hillary may be awful, but she’s much smarter than Harris, and having Kamala be the first woman president would be humiliating for her. […]

Donald Trump Jr. Blasts Leftist Narrative That Trump Is Exhausted: ‘Absolute Workhorse’ https://right.report/exclusive-donald-trump-jr-blasts-leftist-narrative-that-trump-is-exhausted-absolute-workhorse/ https://right.report/exclusive-donald-trump-jr-blasts-leftist-narrative-that-trump-is-exhausted-absolute-workhorse/#respond Mon, 21 Oct 2024 00:25:39 +0000 https://right.report/exclusive-donald-trump-jr-blasts-leftist-narrative-that-trump-is-exhausted-absolute-workhorse/ Donald Trump Jr. blasted the left’s new narrative that his father is exhausted and having trouble keeping up with a demanding campaign season, demonstrating that the reality is clearly otherwise, making the remarks during an appearance on Breitbart News Saturday.

Host Matthew Boyle asked Don Jr. about the latest attack line from Vice President Kamala Harris and her allies — that former President Donald Trump is “exhausted” and having trouble keeping up with a demanding schedule.

“Who are you going to believe her, or your lying eyes?” Boyle asked, walking through some of Trump’s recent interviews and events — from the Al Smith dinner to his visits to swing states and countless interviews.

“He’s an absolute workhorse,” Trump said of his father. “He’s done more than, like, three times the amount of interviews that Kamala Harris has done. He’s out there on every podcast. He’s talking to real Americans.”

The problem is, he said, is that the mainstream media puts out these soundbites that Harris is crushing it. […]

Hidden Trump Vote: Giuliani Explains the Undercurrent of Support Behind Trump https://right.report/hidden-trump-vote-giuliani-explains-the-undercurrent-of-support-behind-trump/ https://right.report/hidden-trump-vote-giuliani-explains-the-undercurrent-of-support-behind-trump/#respond Sun, 20 Oct 2024 11:34:28 +0000 https://right.report/hidden-trump-vote-giuliani-explains-the-undercurrent-of-support-behind-trump/ Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani sees Trump’s secret weapon—voters too embarrassed to admit their support publicly—fueled by media vilification and attacks on traditional values. He believes this “hidden Trump vote” will be decisive in the 2024 election. Giuiani appeared on Saturday’s WarRoom to discuss his point of view.

The Hidden Trump Vote Phenomenon

Rudy Giuliani, former New York City Mayor and one of Trump’s staunchest allies has pointed out a significant factor that he believes will be pivotal in Trump’s potential victory in 2024: the “hidden Trump vote.” This term refers to individuals who support Donald Trump but do not openly express it. Giuliani argues that media attacks on Trump have pushed many of his supporters into silence. These voters don’t publicly declare their allegiance due to the stigma attached to supporting Trump in the current political climate.

“The more they make him into this monster, the more people vote for him,” Giuliani explains. He claims that this undercurrent of hidden support was evident in previous elections, with Trump often outperforming the polls. Giuliani believes this phenomenon will once again play a major role in the upcoming election.

Media Demonization Drives Hidden Support

According to Giuliani, relentless media attacks on Trump have paradoxically strengthened his base. Rather than turning people away from Trump, these attacks have caused many to silently align with him. Giuliani argues that Trump’s portrayal as a divisive and monstrous figure has driven some of his supporters into hiding, only to express their views at the ballot box.

This dynamic creates what Giuliani describes as a hidden voting bloc—people who may not outwardly display their support for Trump but are likely to cast a vote for him on election day. In 2016, Giuliani recalls that polls had Trump trailing Hillary Clinton by eight points, yet Trump managed to win the election. He attributes this to the hidden vote phenomenon, where public opinion polls fail to capture the true level of support for Trump. […]

Poll: Deportation of Illegal Aliens Backed by 67% Of Voters https://right.report/poll-deportation-of-illegal-aliens-backed-by-67-of-voters/ https://right.report/poll-deportation-of-illegal-aliens-backed-by-67-of-voters/#respond Sun, 20 Oct 2024 11:25:20 +0000 https://right.report/poll-deportation-of-illegal-aliens-backed-by-67-of-voters/ A new Fox News poll shows that two-thirds of American voters favor deporting illegal aliens—a dramatic increase over the past decade.

Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump has made mass deportation a major policy promise throughout his campaign, as the open border policies of the Biden-Harris administration have allowed millions of illegal aliens to enter the U.S.

The October 2024 poll of registered voters shows that support for deportation has increased dramatically since 2015. Among nonwhite voters, 57 percent now support mass deportations, while only 33 percent said they did in 2015.

Additionally, 91 percent of Republicans now say they support deportations—a 21-point increase since 2015. Rural voters’ support has risen by 20 points, urban voters by 19 points, and men’s support increased by 16.

Democrat support for deportations has increased to 42 percent from 34 percent in 2015. […]

The ‘Fascist Trump’ Narrative Is Historically Ignorant—Here’s Why It Won’t Stick https://right.report/the-fascist-trump-narrative-is-historically-ignorant-heres-why-it-wont-stick/ https://right.report/the-fascist-trump-narrative-is-historically-ignorant-heres-why-it-wont-stick/#respond Sun, 20 Oct 2024 11:08:24 +0000 https://right.report/the-fascist-trump-narrative-is-historically-ignorant-heres-why-it-wont-stick/ In a time-honored tradition that is far older than I am (36 years), we are just over two weeks out from Election Day and have fully committed to losing our minds as a country.

One of the current talking points being kicked into overdrive by people who are losing their already staticky connection to reality is the idea that a second Trump administration would mean the rise of fascism in America would be complete. It is a claim accompanied by the insane ramblings of those who feel mildly inconvenienced by the very idea of Donald Trump, and usually lacks any historical context whatsoever.

Take former AFL-CIO political director Michael Podhorzer, who wrote such a screed on Substack.

One of the most puzzling questions of the cycle is how, with less than three weeks to go to Election Day, polling shows the race in a dead heat despite Trump’s obvious unfitness for office and authoritarian intentions. Consider how unlikely you would have thought that to be the future on January 7th, 2021, or in November 2022 when responsibility for Republicans’ dashed midterm hopes was laid at Trump’s feet, or in December 2023 when it appeared Trump could face four criminal trials in 2024.

Just as puzzling, and no doubt connected, is how much less attention the media is paying to Trump’s unfitness and authoritarian intentions now than it was four years ago, despite substantially more evidence of his intentions now than there was then. […]

Six western states and the District of Columbia will vote on some form of ranked choice voting or “jungle primary” that includes ranking the final candidates, according to Ranked Vote and Unite America, which advocate the alternate election process.

Another state will consider ditching the ranked choice system.

In most states, supporters and opponents of ranked choice voting don’t break down along traditional party lines. In several states, in fact, both the Democratic and Republican parties oppose the process.

The other states considering ranked choice voting in November are Colorado, Idaho, and Oregon. […]
