Texas places more buoys along Rio Grande after Trump's inauguration
  • New border buoys were placed along the Rio Grande on Monday.
  • The Biden Administration previously sued Texas in an attempt to get the buoys removed.
  • Governor Greg Abbott posted video of the buoys going into place.

Shortly after President Donald Trump was sworn into office, Texas placed more buoys along the Rio Grande.

Texas Governor Greg Abbott posted video of the large buoys going into place at the Texas-Mexico border.

The buoys have previously been used as part of a state program to stop migrants from illegally crossing into Texas.
